Day of Coordination

· Up to 5 hours of onsite wedding coordination

· Direct the ceremony processional

· Direct all events to keep the day flowing and on schedule

· Keep track of the marriage license and rings

· Greet vendors and guests

Pre-Wedding:

· 3 coordination meetings (virtual or in person)

· Unlimited communication via text or email after booking

· Supply any vendor recommendations

· Construct a detailed wedding timeline

· Facilitate the ceremony rehearsal

Wedding Day:

· Up to 8 hours of onsite wedding coordination

· Ensure setup/décor for the ceremony and reception is as requested

· Direct the ceremony processional

· Direct all events to keep the day flowing and on schedule

· Act as the point of contact for all vendors

· Keep track of the marriage license and rings

· Assist the wedding party and guests as needed

· Wedding Party + Family photo management

· Confirm set up of the guest book, gift table, place cards, favors, etc.

· Turn on lights, light candles, etc.

· Assist with take down and clean up

· Deal with unforeseen hiccups – be prepared for anything
